三餸一湯

已經不知道跟自己說過多少次了
要控制一下喝酒的分量
更不要玩到三更半夜才回家
因爲自己的體魄已經遠遠不及從前
而且奶茶在家裡會惦念著

剛剛過去的Happy Friday又再一次太過Happy
本來Long Week的星期六結果還是逃工收場
昏迷直到11am醒來又恢復一條好漢
起來梳洗過後突然靈機一閃
好想吃一頓最簡單不過的家常便飯
就這樣馬上下樓去張羅一下買買材料

說得明白是簡單的家常便飯
自然沒多少準備功夫
又因爲昨晚夜歸後元氣還沒完全恢復
還是懶洋洋的先來做個午睡寶寶
大覺醒來才慢慢開工也不遲





家常便飯 . 三餸一湯



洋蔥番茄炒蛋 :
用上日本佐賀出產的洋蔥
味道鮮甜到不可置信
還有free range organic的雞蛋
那蛋黃圓乎乎的是看得見的新鮮又健康

古勞豉蒸黑豚肉片 :
九龍醬園的古勞豉其實就是豆豉醬
名字有趣所以吸引了我的注意
日本村上豚的黑豚豬蹍
其肉質就是非一般的柔嫩

鰹魚湯煮豆苗涼拌 :
把洗乾淨的本地出產有機豆苗
用日本鰹魚湯包下水煮至熟
上碟後淋上醬油麻油和木魚絲調味
再把另一份豆苗加蛋白湯煮成蛋花菜湯



即使只是簡單的幾道餸菜
選購質素好而且新鮮的材料
還是絕對是不可少的一欄
即使材料價格要高一點也是值得的
這就是我一直堅持的下廚之道

是日瑜伽小思想

I have been back into Yoga Practice for about 2 months. Sliming up and strengthen up my body is one very important thing. With some masters and some classes, they might have given us more than just exercising our body, but also exercising our soul. And I found that I love these “extra bids” a lot.

This day after work, I went to join a Hatha 1 yoga class. During the class, master ask us all to inhale and exhale frequently (in a very fast speed), and also keep in the same pace. Master said to us “if we cannot get the same pace in this classroom, for 30 people only, how can we move the world. If we can make it here, there are still chance and hope.” And we did it! We managed to keep the pace within the in and out! How simple but still very much amazing!

Before the end of the yoga class, master again gave us a speech. He said “start calling people around you brothers and sister, father and mother, son and daughter. Feel the difference! After all, we will all become one. When you start doing this, you have family everywhere and you will never be alone again!” Then one classmate said “thank you, brother!” to master after the class. How easy but still so much wonderful!

You might think that is too silly and funny! Maybe you think there is nothing you can do to change the world… but please don’t! Love is in the air, and we shall not only treasure it, but to use it well. Spread it out, to every cells and particles. Hopefully we can make a selfish-free, argue-free, violence-free world, some day!

Nespresso Workshop + 週末敗誌

去年十二月終於買了一台我夢寐以求的Nespresso咖啡機
轉眼間半年終於安排好去參加它的Workshop
因爲上完Workshop會送16粒不同味道的Capsules
還有原裝咖啡杯什麽什麽的
不要吃虧還是去見識一下

Workshop裡頭主要介紹了咖啡的來源還有生産
還有教怎樣品嘗一杯咖啡的質素是好是不好
最後再來自己動手調製一杯咖啡飲品
短短的一個小時咖啡工作室
完成後每個客戶抱著一大盒禮物回家

一大個盒子裡頭是16粒Capsules還有大小各一隻的咖啡杯



我做的Latte Macchiato還有其他同學做的Roasted Nut Coffee和Moka Latte







網絡上得知Salvatore Ferragamo VIP Sales開始
星期五怒漢過大海去看貨辦
Lunch Hour正好獨個兒閑著沒事幹
決定飯也不吃先往Times Square一趟去
由於我這雙”天生麗質”的小腳
可憐地只有4.5號至到5號的Size
買鞋本來就是超高難度動作

結果真的正如我所料看來看去找來找去
就是沒有一雙4.5號Size的鞋(正價貨品除外)
正在心灰意冷的一刻
突然發現店鋪的另一角落擺放著幾雙膠鞋
認識我的人都知道每隔一兩季
我都會買一雙Vivienne Westwood Melissa的膠鞋
聽説Salvatore Ferragamo膠鞋也非常舒適
剛好有一雙紫色5號的穿上去剛剛好
雖然並不是我心裡打算想要的蝴蝶平底
但難得有我的Size不買白不買
爲免有空手而回白走一趟的感覺
還是決定把她帶回家



星期六在IFC上完Nespresso Workshop
不憤氣堅持再跑一趟那邊的店
進去馬上二話不説目標為本
找個服務員跟她說要4.5號的鞋
找來了4雙給我(比起零已經是400%幸運了)
經過一輪顔色和款式的犀選
結果最後剩下這一雙



金光閃閃加上有趣的裂紋
配搭經典的蝴蝶結款式
感覺悠閒比較容易配搭便服
不會太過優雅因爲我肯定配不上

接著再到Pure Retail去添多一套Yoga服
最近幾乎隔天就要Yo一Yo完全是Yo到上癮
目標明確就是要狠狠地擊退脂肪
Yoga服再多幾套都好像來不及洗乾淨替換
回想最近好像一直都在買Yoga服
正常的Wardrobe反而完全沒有進賬
這個情況連我自己都覺得非常詭異

懶惰了好些日子
趁著long weekend
決定提起勁來
開工來做homemade bread

怒漢指定

另外自己又想挑戰吐司模
就這樣決定

就是我簡單又完美的早餐

自家烏冬

Long Week的星期六,
其實即使上班也是輕鬆的一天~
但就是怎麽都不願起來…
於是決定請假逃工!

本想好好的睡個懶覺~
但才9點多就自然醒來了…
而且還非常精神!
想睡卻睡不著,
死死地氣惟有起來找事幹…

先到銀行去走一趟~
處理一下戶口附帶的麻煩服務!
取消以後我就不再被年費纏繞了~
輕鬆下來才感覺肚子餓…
到Hysan Starbucks去嘆早餐!

遇上一對Lesbian Couple,
當中”男方”比一個真正粗枝大葉的”大男人”還來得難受…
叉開腿坐著看報紙打iPad還不停”un”腳,
”女方”還要替"他”把吐司切成bite size讓"他”吃得方便!
心裡一直納悶在想…
這樣的”男人”不要也罷!

另外遇上一位高大穿著黑色長袍!
腳踏黑色Wedges高跟靴的潮人型男~
不解爲何這種雜誌造型怎麽會在現實生活中出現…
長袍加黑靴真的有夠神秘的!
猜想一定是前面I.T. Flagship跑出來的怪物~

扯得太遠了… 言歸正傳!
嘆過早餐頭腦果然特別清醒~
突然觸發了我下廚的念頭!
盤算著來一碗簡單的湯麵可好?
確定了怒漢願意回來吃午飯,
就馬上跑一趟city super去”入貨”~
買了一些簡單材料就回去開動!





鰹魚湯烏冬



豆芽和金菇先用清水煮熟,
乾烏冬要煮至剛好熟帶點咬勁的程度.
日本魚肉和魚片放進熱鍋裡把兩面煎香!
然後把所有材料漂亮地排列好在碗裡,
最後注入鰹魚高湯即成~
可惜材料放太久都變涼了!
高湯煮得再熱騰騰,
倒下去還是只能帶點微溫…

順帶一提…
這照片拍得實在太差太差了!

結果卻給我拍成這個模樣…
