對於上星期做的蘑菇湯不夠滿意
這次買來咖啡色的按鈕蘑菇
放棄了加入土豆只加了少量洋蔥
最後加入鮮奶油和白松露橄欖油
絕對有畫龍點睛的效果

煎吞拿魚扒和焗鱸魚柳
前者肉質厚而實在
後者油脂豐富味道鮮甜

一餐健康的料理
當然不可缺少一杯新鮮的果汁飲料
今天來一杯香蕉藍莓思慕雪
